Thank you all for the campaign support! It is greatly appreciated! Although I didn’t win, and the odds as a third-party candidate were never in our favor, we had a significant showing with over 21k votes and 5.3%. This is the highest percentage ever for a Libertarian running for Congress in Idaho, and even for a Libertarian running for governor or president in Idaho. This was the best we could hope for—to be a factor in the elections, to gain leverage, and to do our small part to push the republic back towards freedom, smaller government, fiscal responsibility, free markets, no more wars, and constitutional restraint. We want to see this country move back to a libertarian mindset as it was founded with the Declaration of Independence. We are definitely seeing this in the people and language shifts on the national and state platforms. We are winning, and we all had a small role in this positive shift. Now we want to see words turned into substantive action. I am feeling hopeful! Thanks again, and stay free, my friends. Vigilance is required of all of us. Keep up the fight for our freedoms.
